Disclosed herein are processes of preparing a platinum complex having a Formula II starting from a platinum compound having a Formula I . For elevating a yield and preventing the contamination of impurities, pH of a solution and an amount of a silver ion are adjusted, and a reaction environment is so controlled that oxidation is difficult to occur. <CHEM>
