The screwdriver consists of a tube (2) which holds a number of screws positioned axially and in line with one another, attached to a handle and equipped at its free end with a stop to hold the screw head in a set position. The screw is set in the end position by an axial thrust element (3) operated by the user. The free end of the tube has two lengthwise slots which confer a certain degree of transverse elasticity, so that the screw head is released from the end of the tube once a given torque is reached. The screw head stop is in the form of two coaxial rings inside the tube end, and the thrust element has a series of equidistant notches (30) which interact with a manually-operated catch (6). |
