PURPOSE:To provide a method for mechanically and continuously producing a wheat flour- mixed food material by mixing a solid material with a flowable material in a prescribed ratio followed by kneading, and to provide a device therefor. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a solid material-carrying device 1, a flowable material-carrying device for carrying a flowable material R, and a mixing device 3 for mixing and kneading the solid material K with the flowable material R. The solid material-carrying device 1 is provided with a conveyer 11, volume-controlling members 12, 12 used for forming solid material passages 14,14 between the upper surfaces of the conveyer 11 and the members 12, 12 and rotated in the direction reverse to the carrying direction of the solid material, and a detector 13. The solid material K is flowed from the starting side of the conveyer 11, carried through the solid material passages 14, 14 for controlling the volume of the solid material, and subsequently successively carried on the rear side of the conveyer 11. The solid material K controlled in its volume and simultaneously carried is divided into portions each suitable for one piece of a food with the detector 13, and carried into a mixing device 3. The flowable material R is divided into portions each suitable for one piece of the food and carried into the mixing device 3 with a flowable material-carrying device 2. The solid material K and the flowable material R carried in amounts suitable for each one piece, respectively, are successively mixed in and kneaded the mixing device 3. |
