<p>PURPOSE:To surely start the system at the time when a power source is turned on by providing separately a power-on reset circuit on a managing device, a repeating controller and a controller of a pinball machine, respectively, and initializing them independently, respectively at the time when the power source is turned on. CONSTITUTION:Between a managing device, and each terminal machine such as each pinball machine 100, card issuing machine 200 and account-settling machine 300, etc., a repeating controller (NAU) 530 is interposed, and the managing device 400 and the NAU, and the NAU and each terminal are connected by a high layer network 500 of a CSMA/CD system and a low layer network 510 of a token bus system, respectively. Also, a power-on reset circuit is provided separately on the managing device 400, the NAU 530, and controllers of the terminal machines 100-300, respectively, and each controller is initialized independently by each separate reset signal at the time when a power source is turned on. In such a way, at the time when the power source is turned on, the system is started surely, and also, even if the terminal machine goes down or recovers in the course of operation, the influence exerted on the whole system can be eliminated.</p> |
