<p>PURPOSE: To grasp the preceding/secceeding process station of any arbitrary in-process lot required for device control by managing the information of the preceding and succeeding stations of each station at the production controller. CONSTITUTION: An schedule control means 111a gets the list of the preceding process station of a station, to which a direct work starting request is issued, and when a work start waiting lot exists at the preceding process station, based on the work start priority rule of the selected preceding process station, the work starting request is selected in the priority order. When the work starting request exists in the work starting request list, concerning the preceding process station of the station to which the work starting request is issued, the advance control means 111a inquires idle work resources by using an input/ output part 2 and when it is possible to allocate any work resources, the new work starting request is issued to the preceding process station so that the pulling of the lot from the preceding process can be requested.</p> |
