PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate necessety for an exclusive drive means of electric motor or the like used for rotating a switching fluid pressure pump, by drive connecting the fluid pressure pump to a fluid pressure pump motor. SOLUTION: At braking time of an automobile, a control pressure in a control circuit G is increased to a prescribed value by a charge pump 11. By actuating a solenoid switching valve 13, an actuator 12 is operated, tilting of a swash plate of a pump motor 3 is reversed, the pump motor 3 is made function as a pump. At starting time of the automobile, a cut valve B16 in a side of the control circuit G is closed, on the other hand, a cut valve A7 in a side of an accumulator 2 is opened, operating oil in a side of the accumulator 2 is introduced to the control circuit G via a pressure reducing valve 20, so as to increase the control pressure of the control G. This control pressure serves as a drive source, the actuator 12 is actuated by operating the solenoid switching valve 13, the swash plate of the pump motor 3 is reversed, the pump motor 3 is made to function as the motor. |
