PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject underwear having the shape-stability and strength-retainability of polyester fiber, comfortably wearable by its high moisture-absorptivity and soft feeling and free from the degradation caused by the deposition of suspending dust by using a moisture-absorbing polyester filament as a constituent yarn and forming a knit fabric having low frictional electrification voltage and a specific rigidity. SOLUTION: This underwear is composed of a knit fabric generating a frictional electrification voltage of <3kv measured in conformity with JIS L1094B and a rigidity of 5-30mm measured by cantilever method and containing a moisture-absorbing polyester filament having a moisture absorption and desorption parameterΔMR of >=1% as a constituent yarn. The underwear is comfortably wearable as a general women's underwear such as petticoat or a general men's underwear such as athletic shirt.
