PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an antifungal coated metallic sheet excellent in sterilization of fungi and bacteria and in propagation suppressing effect. SOLUTION: In the antifungal coated metallic sheet, after applying an antifungal coating film 2 blended with 0.05-50 pts.wt. powdery anti-fungus agent to 100 pts.wt. solid matter of a resin coating material on a surface of a metallic sheet 1, the coating film is baked and dried at 170-260 deg.C sheet temp. The anti- fungus agent has <=1μm average grain, and the agent is obtained by burning in a ratio of 30-80wt.% silicon carbide or silicon oxide, 9-40wt.% aluminum oxide, 0.1-15wt.% manganese oxide, 0.1-15wt.% zinc oxide, 9-30wt.% titanium oxide and <=1wt.% silver or copper.
