PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tile mounting cement compsn. member enhanced in durability such as freezing ablation resistance, drying shrinkage resistance or salt resistance, reliability and rigidity by adding pulp fibers and polypropylene fibers to the matrix of an extrusion molded panel in an amt. of a predetermined wt.% or less. SOLUTION: 5wt.% or less of pulp fibers and 5wt.% or less of polypropylene fibers are added to the matrix of an extrusion molded panel 1 and asbestos fibers are not added at all. The max. peak value of the pore size distribution of the matrix of the extrusion molded panel 1 is set to 0.05μm or less. Further, a plurality of ceramics tiles 8 are bonded to the front of the extrusion molded panel and the extrusion molded panel is reinforced by the CFRP rods 2 embedded therein. The CFRP rods 2 have, for example, tensile strength of 228kg/mm<2> and the modulus of elasticity in tension of 22.4tf/mm<2> . In place of the CFRP rods 2, a CFRP mesh or sheet may be used to reinforce the extrusion molded panel. |
