PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely generate pump up voltage, by freely setting boosting voltage in boosting a single voltage source. SOLUTION: A capacitor C2 having one electrode connected through a charge pump circuit rectifier means D2 and the other electrode connected through a switch 31, a variable power source 27, and a protection circuit 50 are provided. The variable power source 27 is provided with a variable voltage source 51 setting the charge voltage of C2, an operational amplifier 52 and a transistor 53. The protection circuit 50 is provided with a detection circuit 54, detecting the voltage fluctuation of the voltage power source, and an amplifier circuit 55 amplifying the output voltage and applying it to the emitter of the transistor. |
