PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for a high frequency interface test for shortening a part for picking up the noise of a terminal for mobile communication, making an occupancy space small and performing miniaturization. SOLUTION: A tip part 9 to be fitted to the external antenna attaching metal fitting of the terminal is provided on the tip of a jig case 8. At the tip part 9, a GND terminal 1, a HOT2 terminal 3, a HOT1 terminal 6 and a spring 5 whose circumference is in contact with the HOT1 terminal are divided and formed in a length direction. Coaxial cables 14 and 15 are provided on the other cylindrical part 10 of the case 8, the coaxial cable 14 is connected to the HOT1 terminal 6 by a wire 11, the coaxial cable 15 is connected to the HOT2 terminal 3 by the wire 12 and an external conductor is connected to the GND terminal 1 by the wire 13. Also, the coaxial cable 14 is connected to a junction to a transmission system measuring device and the coaxial cable 15 is connected to the junction to a reception system measuring device. HOT1 signals are conducted to the HOT1 terminal 6, HOT2 signals are conducted to the HOT2 terminal 3 and GND signals are conducted to the GND terminal 1. |
