PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card management machine enabling anyone to simply know the number of cards required to be replenished. SOLUTION: The card management machine calculates the number Z of cards to be ordered and its amount in each card sort based upon an equation Z=X×7- Y-(X×D1+X×D2)} by using the average number X of shipped cards per day, the number Y of stored cards, the number D1 of days required from an order to a delivery trader up to delivery, and the number D2 of preparatory days for absorbing undefined variable elements such as a delivery delay and the increment of sales (S530) and the number Z, a total amount, etc., are printed out by a printer (S540). Thereby also a person who does not grasp the delivery/ shipment state of cards can order the optimum number of cards to the delivery trader only by looking at order data. |
