<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject cell-cohered mass, embedding in a complex of collagen with an extracellular matrix secreted from a liver cell and retaining the function in high viability by culturing the first liver cell on the surface of a culture medium filled with a medium containing collagen. SOLUTION: The first liver cell is cultured on the surface of a cell-unadhesive culture medium filled with a medium containing collagen including at least one of dimethyl sulfoxide, superoxide dismutase, ceruloplasimin, catalase, peroxidase, L-ascorbic acid, L-ascorbic acid phosphate, tocopherol, flavonoid, uric acid, bilirubin, a compound containing selenium, transferrin, an unsaturated fatty acid, albumin, theophylline, forskolin, glucagon and dibutyl cAMP to obtain the objective cell-cohered mass, embedded in a complex of collagen in the medium with an extracellular matrix secreted from the culturing-cell itself and capable of retaining and revealing the function of liver cell in high viability of the cell.</p> |
