<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set out questionnaires efficiently and to reduce an unpleasant feeling for subjects, by providing a storage means storing information and a storage control means to store questionnaire information sent by a control station to the storage means, to each terminal station. SOLUTION: A CPU 36 of a PHS terminal 18 confirms the arrival of questionnaire information and stores the questionnaire information to a storage device 34. When the storage is finished, a CPU 36 gives an instruction of display of symbols or graphics, denoting the reception of the questionnaire information to a display section 62, and the display section 62 displays the symbols or graphics according to the instruction. The CPU 36 keeps monitoring whether or not a questionnaire reply mode key 44 is depressed, and when the CPU 36 discriminates the depression, the CPU 36 reads the questionnaire information from a questionnaire information storage section 52 and allows the display section 62 to display the information. The user of the PHS terminal 18 makes a reply to the questionnaire, while observing the displayed information.</p> |
