PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to provide wide range information and to make it possible to impose a charge for provided information by releasing the scrambling of the scrambled and distribution data multiplexed to the broadcast data and transmitted with the acquired key data. SOLUTION: In a communication-systemed KARAOKE(orchestration without lyrics) system, a host device 11 scramble (ciphers) the music data as the distribution data, modulates them, multiplexes them to an FM broadcast wave to broadcast. On the other hand, the key data required for descrambling are downloaded from the host device 11 by a communication device 12 answering to the distribution data using a communication line capable of bi-directional data transmission with a KARAOKE terminal 1. At this time, the communication line is the line capable of levying the charge for a caller. The receiving-device 8 of the KARAOKE terminal 1 receives the FM broadcast wave, and a demodulator 36 demodulates/separates only the distribution data to store them in a memory 5 successively. Then, a central controller 4 descrambles the receiving data by using the key data. |
