PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce not only the decomposition efficiency of a contaminated substance but also an equipment and the cost required to soil restoration by using a decomposition microorganism precultured in a range within a specified temp. difference with a previously monitored contaminated soil as the decomposition microorganism to be brought into contact with the contaminated soil. SOLUTION: The decomposition microorganism to be brought into contact with the contaminated soil is the decomposition microorganism precultured at a range within 5 deg.C temp. difference between the previously monitored contaminated soil. The effective proliferation of a decomposed matter and activity are obtained without especially increasing the temp. of the soil since a temp shift at series of growth process including from the preculture of the decomposition microorganism having the decomposition ability of the contaminated substance to the growth in the soil affects largely to its decomposition ability, and moreover, the decomposition microorganism cultured by the preculture at which the temp. difference with the soil is within 5 deg.C is charged to the contaminated soil, thereby not only the decomposition efficiency of the contaminated substance but also the reducing of the equipment and the cost required for the soil restoration are possible. |
