PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the high reliability and prolong the life of a product by dispensing with the need of large amount of UV irradiation and heat treatment at high temp. which give damage to a resin substrate. SOLUTION: Reflection films are formed on respective surfaces having fine irregular patterns of a substrate 11 and a substrate 15, on one surfaces of which the fine irregular patterns are formed, and thereafter, a main ingredient A of a cold setting epoxy-system resin is dropped and applied in the surface having the fine irregular pattern of the one substrate 11, and simultaneously, a curing agent B is the cold setting epoxy-system resin is dropped and applied ion the surface having the fine irregular pattern of the other substrate 15. On succession, the bonded surfaces of both the substrates 11, 15 are mated each other and the both substrates are rotated together. Consequently, the reaction of both liquids processes, the resin is hardened and bonding is completed. The substrates consisting of polycarbonate resin, etc., are not damaged, because large amounts of UV irradiation and heat treatment at high temp. are nor performed. In addition, thermosetting epoxy-system resin and cyanoacylate-system which are hardened at relatively low temperatures can also be used as adhesives. |
