PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the microwave transmission line which forms a circuit element with excellent shield effect or a device using the line is made small. SOLUTION: In the microwave transmission line provided with a dielectric board 11, a strip conductor 12 and a ground conductor 15 formed on a rear side of the dielectric board 11, an opening 16 is formed to the strip conductor 12 to expose the dielectric board 11 and circuit components such as a thin film resistor 17 and a ground pattern 18 are provided onto the side of the exposed dielectric board 11. |
