PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit transmission waves from the transmission/reception circuit of an active system to a master station even at the time of the loop back test of the reception part of a standby system. SOLUTION: At the time of the loop back test of the reception part of the standby system, the multiplex part 61b of the standby system inputs clock timing signals from the multiplex/demultiplex part 62a of the active system, forms multiplex signals synchronized with the clock timing signals and sets a time slot synchronized with the clock timing signals. Then, based on the time slot, the timing switch of a modulation part 23b is operated. |
