PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration gyroscope in which no suppression of vibrator vibration is allowed, and a height dimension is small. SOLUTION: A vibrator 2 is supported by two wire rods 8, 8 as support members. The wire rods 8, 8 are made of metal and are provided with U-shaped bending portions 9, 9 protruding in a parallel direction to the main face of second piezoelectric substrate 4, and the bending portions 9, 9 are soldered near node portions on the common electrode 7 of the vibrator 2. Both ends of the wire rods 8, 8 are soldered onto the top face 18 of a frame body 17, and the vibrator 2 is supported and fixed in the air. In the case of the vibration of the vibrator 2, since the wire rods 8, 8 are deformed following the vibration, no suppression of the vibration is allowed. Since the wire rods 8, 8 are not bent in a vertical direction on a drawing, the height dimension of the vibration gyroscope becomes small. |
