PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment which reduced loss of a power amplifier circuit and inputs suitable power in a circuit, while keeping the driving speed of a vibration wave actuator constant. SOLUTION: This control equipment has power amplifier means 6, 18, and a power supplier means 1 for supplying power periodically to the power amplifier means by a switching operation in accordance with a pulse signal, and controls vibration wave actuators 7, 19 which are vibrated by the power supplied from the power amplifier means and generated driving force. Pulse control means 4, 16, 5, 17, 8, 20 are installed and control the pulse signal in accordance with the amplitudes of currents supplied to the power amplifier means. |
