PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise heat shock resistance by arranging a ferrite material in such crystal structure that secondary phases containing PbZnSiO4 are distributed in the grain boundary layer of a sintered substance in addition to spinel structure of crystal phases which serve as the chief parts of the ferrite sintered substance. SOLUTION: This is fefrite material which includes 100 wt.pts of main components including Fe, Zn, Cu, and Ni so that they may be Fe2 O3 ; 40-50mol%, ZnO; 2-35mol%, CuO; 1-13mol%, and NiO; 2-57mol%, by composition ratios in terms of Fe2 O3 , ZnO, Cub, and NiO, and Pb by 0.2-10 pts.wt. in terms of PbO, and Si by 0.2-3 pts.wt. in terms of SiO2 . Moreover, this is a ferrite which includes the main components of this ferrite material and sub components consisting of 0.1-15 pts.wt. of PbZnSiO4 . Moreover, PbO and SiO2 are mixed to the main components, and this is backed after calcination to get a ferrite which includes PbZnSiO4 , or PbZnSiO4 is added to the substance being made by calcinating the main components, and this is baked. |
