PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely open the cut edge of fried bean curd in the automated preparation of a fried bean curd stuffed with vinegared rice. SOLUTION: A pair of sliding boards 4, 5, each of which moves linearly in the opposite directions, respectively have plain positioning boards 7, 8 and L-shaped or nearly L-shaped hooking needles 11, 12 moving in circular arc-lines. A cut edge of a fried bean curd 19 is held between the front edge surfaces of the both positioning boards 7, 8, and the tips of the hooking needles 11, 12 are rotated so that each tip comes to and press on the edge surface of the fried bean curd. Thus, the hooking needles hold and hook the surfaces of the fried bean curd 19, and then the needles are laterally opened and finally released. |
