PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid opening structure which is capable of operating stably in a wide range of atmospheric temperature conditions, conducting closing operation smoothly and safely, improving ease of operation of a lid body, and manufacturing at low cost without increasing the number of parts. SOLUTION: This storage box is provided with a box body 21, a lid 11 for opening and closing an opening part in the box body 21, and a spring 15 for energizing the lid 11 in a closing direction. A deceleration means which decelerates the closing operation of the lid 11 before the lid 11 completes the closing operation, is provided, at the lid 11, an arm parts 14 which involves the rotational fulcrum of the lid 11 is provided. A contract part 26 is provided at either of the arm part 14 or the box body 21, and a part to be contacted with which the contact part 26 comes into contact before the lid 11 completes the closing operation, is provided in the other. |
