PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the strength of a main body of a hood and enhance collecting efficiency rate of waste gas by a blower cover structure having a simple configuration. SOLUTION: Since a box-like cover 4 having an installing port 24 for a filter 8 at a front surface 14 is fixed to a top plate 31 and a rear plate 11 of a main body 1 of a hood, a strength of each of the top plate 31 and the rear plate 11 is increased so as to make the main body 1 of the hood rigid. The cover 4 forms a collecting space 500 with a deep detent reaching the top plate 31 of the main body 1, of the hood among the right and left side surfaces 34, 34 and the right and left side plates 21, 21 of the main body 1 of the hood. The collecting space 500 is communicated with a forward suction space 100 of the filter 8, a lower surface 44 of the cover 4 of the blower 3 may act as a flow regulating plate to cause a flow speed to be made fast without flowing out the striking waste gas of the main body 1 of the hood, guide the waste gas to the collecting space 500, the gas is passed through the suction space 100 and caught by the filter 8. |
