PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effeciently distribute an application software by previously distributing a prescribed software to the distribution destination of the software. SOLUTION: The state transition of a detailed processing in a server is indicated. A processing opperation is executed based on state transition. A client requests connection to the server in a first state, that is in the state (S90). On the other hand, the server permits connection so that physical connection is completed. In a device register state (S91), the server executes a device register request and a device ID to the client so as to check whether or not the device ID inputted two times coincides. In the device connecting state (S92), it is judged whether or not the server is the client lending possible. In the state (S93) of application software lending, the server decides whether or not the application software is newly lent. |
