摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive plate at low cost without use of complicated process in an electrode plate manufacturing process by holding nickel hydroxide in a conductive porous body, treating with an alkaline solution containing lithium ions, then heat treating. SOLUTION: A raw active material of nickel hydroxide or nickel oxyhydroxide is held in a conductive porous body serving as a current collector such as the porous body of nickel, carbon, aluminum, or stainless steel, treated with alkaline solution containing lithium such as lithium hydroxide solution, then heat treated to synthesize lithium nickelate, and a lithium nickelate positive plate is manufactured. Since the active material is filled in the state that current collecting structure is firmly formed, the contact state between the current collector and the active material and between active materials is made good, the active material is uniformly charged, and charging/discharging characteristics and charging/discharging cycle performance are enhanced.
