PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a recyclable moisture-proof laminate free from reduction in moistureproofness of a flex part, by coating at least one side of a paper substrate with a composition comprising a flat pigment and a synthetic resin to give a moisture-proof layer and providing the layer with a coated layer composed of a cross-linked material of a water-soluble resin. SOLUTION: A flat pigment such as white mica, sericitem talc having >=5 aspect ratio and 5-50μm average particle diameter is mixed with a synthetic resin such as SBR in the ratio of 30/70-70/30 to prepare a moisture-proof composition. At least one side of a paper substrate is coated with 15-50g/m<2> , preferably 20-40g/m<2> of the moisture-proof composition to form a moisture-proof composition layer, which is coated with 0.1-10g/m<2> of a composition composed of a water-soluble resin such as a starch and a cross-linking agent such as a melamine/formalin resin or a polyamide/epoxy resin to give the objective moisture-proof laminate.
