PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin opening device without risk of pinholes and make it possible to close the opening again when necessary. SOLUTION: A cover body 3 closing an opening is integrally molded in a multi-layer formation at a synthetic resin end plate 1 on which the opening is formed. The end plate 1 and the cover body 3 are connected so as to be peelable by pulling the cover body up.
