PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and compact humidity sensor. SOLUTION: A humidity sensor 1 displaces while stretching and shrinking responding to variation of ambient humidity, and such physical stretching and shrinking displacement is used to detect ambient humidity. That is, the humidity sensor 1 has a function for detecting variation of humidity and that for displacing while stretching and shrinking responding to variation of humidity. It is thus possible to avoid a surplus in cost and space which can not be avoided in the forever case in which the humidity sensor is separated from the linkage. |
