SOLUTION: A shaft member 7 projected from a sleeve 10 at the terminal of an opening in a first column 4a is raised by a predetermined distance L2 -L1 by holding a control lever 8 horizontal, the distance between the sleeve 10 and a washer 12 at the end of the shaft member 7 is reduced, the lower half 10a of the conical shape of the sleeve 10 is pressed against the upper end of a presser 11, and the presser 11 is radially deformed to open and is pressed into contact with the interior wall surface of a locking hole 3 to lock the first column 4a into place to keep it from playing or dropping. |
