SOLUTION: A consumer etc. reduce the volume of empty PET bottles by a volume reducing tool etc. the bottles are put into a bag etc. to be stored, when the bag etc. are full, it is put into a dedicated bag etc. which are provided in an optional retail shop. When the dedicated bag is full, it is recovered by a specified trader, the dedicated bag is recovered by an optional recycling trader, and the PET bottles are subjected to recycle-processing such as inspection, crushing, washing, and selection to produce a crushed product.
