<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To weld an aperture grill to an inner magnetic shield while reliably providing joining strength without forming splashes a new aperture grill or a reproduced one. SOLUTION: The whiteness of the surface of a welded part in a blackened aperture grill is detected (S1). In the case the detection result shows that the whiteness of the surface of the welded part is lower than a prescribed value, it is determined that the aperture grill is not a reproduced one and in the case the whiteness is found higher, it is determined that the aperture grill is a reproduced one (S2). In the case it is determined that the aperture grill is not a reproduced one, a ordinary welding condition is selected (S3). On the other hand, in the case it is determined that the aperture grill is reproduced one, a reproduced one welding condition is selected (S4). The aperture grill and an inner magnetic shield are welded in the selected welding condition.</p> |
