<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with environmental pollution, and also reduce a raw material cost, by recovering a necessary element, after it is used, from a high-temperature superconductive product using oxide superconductive material. SOLUTION: At first, for example, a bulk magnet product is reduced to powder, to be charged into a sulfuric acid/ammonium sulfate aqueous solution, to extract copper, and after that, a resultant aqueous solution is filtered to be separated into a solid and a solution including only copper. This solution is heated to evaporate a liquid component, to recover the copper in the form of copper sulfate. The solid is sufficiently washed by water, and then to separate iron and iron oxide by an electromagnet. Finally, the solid, except the iron and the iron oxide, is charged into a nitric acid aqueous solution, to separate kinds of undissolved vinyl and resin by filtering.</p> |
