PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire retardant phenol resin copper clad laminated sheet free from a halogen and excellent in fire retardancy, electric characteristics, punching processability, heat resistance and humidity resistance. SOLUTION: This fire retardant phenol resin copper clad laminated sheet is constituted by superposing copper foil on at least the single surface of a prepreg formed by drying a paper base material impregnated with a phenol resin and molding the whole under heating and pressure. In this case, the phenol resin is a fire retardant resin compsn. containing a benzoguanamine modified phenol resin and phosphoric ester as essential components and not modified with drying oil. |
