PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device capable of more surely and stably preventing the developer leakage from a developing roll either end part by use of a sealing member, and easily performing fitting work and replacing work of the sealing member in addition thereto, and moreover, suiting to recycling. SOLUTION: As a sealing member 8 provided between the either end part of the developing roll 4 and a housing 2, this device adopts a member composed by combining slide-contacting elastic member 80 arranged on the side held in contact with either end part of the developing roll 4, and the holder member 81 provided with a curving surface shape for holding the slide-contacting elastic member 80 arranged on the side held in contact with the housing 2, while composed so as to be attached in freely attachably and detachably corresponding to the engaging part 20 of the adobe holder member 81 disposing on a region for fixing the developing roll end part of the housing 2. |
