PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a pierce in press molding which reduces manufacturing costs by eliminating post-processing for punching and can improve the inside diameter quality of a hole by conducting the molding and punching of a molding simultaneously in pressing of a stampable sheet and a pierce molding mold. SOLUTION: After a stampable sheet 2 as a raw material being placed between a female mold 3 and a male mold 1, a pin 4 is extended from one mold 3 to the other 1 to contact its tip 4c with the inside surface 1a of the mold 1 with a prescribed pushing force. In this state, both molds 1, 3 are pressed so that the sheet is introduced around the pin 4 to conduct the molding and punching of a molding at the same time. |
