PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a hollow molding, in spite of its narrow-mouth shape, from falling by a method in which a rod located near a blowing nozzle is inserted into a burr formed close to a mouth part, and the molding is held by the nozzle and the rod. SOLUTION: A parison 4 which is hung down from a cross head is held between molds 2, 3 and moves to the lower part of a blowing nozzle 1. When the nozzle 1 is brought down, it is knocked into the mouth part of the parison 4. At the same time, into a molded burr 15, each rod 11 is knocked and inserted into the burr 15 through guide holes 2a, 3a which ware formed previously in the molds 2, 3. Next, when air is supplied from the nozzle 1 into the parison 4, a hollow molding 5A is molded. Next, exhausting, cooling, and solidification are done, and when the molds 2, 3 are opened, the molding 5A which is held by the nozzle 1 and each rod 11 can be transferred to the next processing position without falling downward. |
