PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce number of output paper sheet and to utilize a facsimile equipment effectively, by allowing a representative facsimile equipment to outputs only part of a received image and informing a user of a key number. SOLUTION: When incoming information of image data addressed to a representative facsimile equipment 17 is inputted from an external facsimile equipment 111, a facsimile store and forward exchange 15 gives a key number to the image data and stores the received image data and it key number. Then the facsimile store and forward exchange 15 applies edit processing of a head page of the image data in which a substantial transmission destination is described and of the key number, and sends the key number and the head page corresponding thereto to the representative facsimile equipment 17. The representative facsimile equipment 17 outputs the head page and when transfer is discriminated to be required, a number of the like of a substantial transmission destination such as a customer facsimile equipment 181 is sent to the facsimile store and forward exchange 15, from which the image data are transferred to the customer facsimile equipment 181. |
