PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mushroom health food containing the powder of Tricholoma matsutake and sterilized saw dust, large in a cancer cell-killing ability, capable of improving a digestive system-cleaning ability and a digesting and absorbing ability, and useful for preventing and treating cancers. SOLUTION: This mushroom health food comprises (A) the powder of live Tricholoma matsutake preferably in an amount of 50-95wt.% and (B) the powder of sterilized saw dust preferably in an amount of 50-5wt.%. The sizes of the powder are <=100μm. When the raw dust is thermally sterilized, the raw dust is preferably heated just before partially carbonized. |
