PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of a circuit by reducing electromagnetic wave radiating noise radiated from an electronic circuit and to miniaturize its wiring. SOLUTION: A master clock signal 4 is distributed to a clock signal 5a to supply for a device 3 and an inverted clock signal 6a with a 180 deg. phase difference by a buffer 9 and an inverter 10 included in a logical element PLD 2. A clock signal wiring 5 and an inverted clock signal 6 are arranged in parallel to be of the same length.
