The dispenser has a chamber (5) which is annular and defined between a cup (10) and a central hollow point (12) which extends over the entire height of the chamber. The hollow of the central point communicates at one part with the chamber by at least one opening of a passage (22) situated towards the free end of the point and at another part with the feed (7) connected with the interior of the container. This allows passage of a variable metered fraction of liquid into the chamber on exertion of one or more successive pressure pulses on the body of the container, which is flexible.
