FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing natural honey with beekeeping products and medical plant extracts; adding ginseng or other plant tincture into obtained mixture in an amount not exceeding 1000 ml per 100 kg of honey; introducing flower pollen as beekeeping product in an amount not exceeding 10 kg per 100 kg of honey and/ or propolis tincture in an amount not exceeding 1500 ml per 100 kg of honey; introducing extracts of medical plants such as dry licorice extract in an amount of 0.180-0.220 kg per 100 kg of honey or dry extract of brier in an amount of 0.225-0.275 kg per 100 kg of honey; mixing and holding obtained product at temperature ranging from 18 to 24 C for 7-10 days. All components are introduced in such amounts that moisture content of ready product does not exceed 21%. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of food product. |
