A method for the preparation of powdered bleaching agents for human hair, that do not generate dust and which are packaged into portions separated by films containing binders, comprises: (1) mixing the powdered product, containing at least one peroxide, with a suitable thickener; and (2) packaging the mixture into sachets using a binder-based water-soluble film.
