Wind classifier with changeable scoop basket

The wind classifier has a classifying wheel rotating against its centrifugal direction, with the air flowing inwards through it. It has a crown or scoops (4) running parallel to the rotation axis, with their ends in recesses in opposite annular discs, concentric with the classifier hub. The scoops, together with the two opposite annular discs (2,3) are made as a changeable unit, namely a scoop basket. The scoops may be welded or soldered to the discs and the scoop basket is detachably connected to the classifier hub (5).
