The roller elements, especially wheels (3), are in a staggered laterally eccentric position in relation to the sole's (2) longitudinal axis. The wheels, arranged in a line behind each other, slope at an angle of preferably 25 degrees in relation to the vertical axis. The ends of the axles (5) facing the wheels have catches, preferably a peripheral groove catching in matching catches on the wheels. The wheels are of different diameters. The largest diameter wheel is preferably at the heel, and the smallest diameter wheel in the middle. The tops of the wheels are at least partly covered.
