<p>An enzyme preparation for application in the bleaching of cellulose products, containing an enzyme derived Dictyoglomus thermophilum, the enzyme further being contained within the family of enzymes known as G-Xylanases, and having beta-1,4-xylanase activity at elevated temperatures. The enzyme may be isolated from Dictyoglomus thermophilum or alternatively produced from a recombinant vector contained within a host microorganism (such as Escherischia coli strain JM101).</p> |
