Plastic bottle crate

A bottle crate manufactured in plastic has a thick outer frame (1,6) sub-divided into compartments (49) by thinner walls sections (2-4) which join at the compartment corners. The thin walls of the compartments which are closest to the outer frame incorporate a spring-like flexible section (5). The flexible sections can have a wave formation coplanar with the wall, or alternatively be elliptical or have a circular section.
