<p>A culture dish for growing cultures such as tissue cells, bacteria and the like. The culture dish includes a handle extending therefrom that can be easily grasped by a user when lifting or handling the culture dish. The culture dish can also include a lid that can be placed on a base of the dish to prevent contamination of the cultures and to control evaporation or liquid from the dish. The handle can extend from the base, the lid or both. If the handles are provided on both the base and the lid, they can be configured differently so that a user can readily distinguish between them.</p> |
