The connection comprises an internal thread (44) through either the element (49) or a nut. This thread takes a bolt (47), and it or the through bore it lies in has an axial groove (39). This groove forms a seat for a curved cotter pin (50) on the bolt's thread, so as to prevent relative rotation between the thread and bolt. The groove continues into a bore (46) through the bolt's head (43). One end (51) of the cotter pin passes through both bore and groove to grip the thread, and the other end (52) passes through a radial bore (53) through the head.
